Hello friends!

I know it’s been a while since I’ve written. I wanted to come on here and share something I’m excited about!

First, a family update. We took a mini trip to Sea World for Memorial Day weekend, and that was a blast! We took my two younger cousins along, and we really had a great time together. We’re annual pass holders; I’ll have to share more about that some other time, because I’ve been pleasantly surprised with that experience!

The day after we came back, our 2.5 year old threw up right after she got out of bed. I was really hoping she wouldn’t get sick again, since we’d been fighting back to back sicknesses since the beginning of April, and in mid-April she had a bad 5-day stomach bug! I was a bit discouraged, but did some serious praying asking for mercy and healing. Thankfully, even though she was weak and tired the next day, there was no more puking! I’m SO thankful!

Yesterday I got an email from a lovely lady asking for an urgent local request for her brother’s wedding. The wedding will be next week, so it must get done as soon as possible.

I just wanted to share this, because it’s such a great story of God’s provision! I had some upcoming business expenses (literally in the next two weeks) that I wasn’t sure how my business was going to be able to afford.

Of course I could continue to promote my products or quickly release new ones, but the amount of money there wouldn’t be anything close to custom client jobs. So then, what felt like “out of nowhere,” this sweet client contacts me and asks me to help her out with this big wedding job! She told me that she feels so relieved that I’m helping her out so last minute, but the truth is that this job is a huge blessing to me too!

Thinking back, I’m not even sure I asked God to help me out in this area. I haven’t been as consistent in my prayer time as I would’ve liked, and I know I haven’t brought all of my concerns to Him. But how amazing is it that He takes care of us in ways that we don’t see coming, and in ways better than we can imagine? I’m so thankful that He decided to pour this blessing out on me, and I hope I can be a blessing to this client and her family as well.

I just wanted to share this, because God’s provision never ceases to amaze me. Just when things look impossible, He makes a way. It reminds me of the worship song that’s pretty popular right now (that I LOVE):

Waiting for change to come
Knowing the battle’s won
Lord you have never failed me yet

Your promise still stands
Great is Your faithfulness
I’m still in Your hands
This is my confidence
You’ve never failed me yet

I’ve seen you move mountains
And I believe I’ll see You do it again
You’ve made a way when there was no way
And I believe I’ll see You do it again
